You were included but because you were late you will forfeit the grand prize of an autographed (i.e., forged) 8 x 10 glossy of Bob Nutting (in the unlikely event that we give a prize).

If I win, I insist that the photo features Nutting with his shirt buttoned all the way to his neck.

It is somewhat troubling that you have an obsession with Nutting's shirts. Or at least his buttons.

I'm not proud of myself.

You're cool. But if Bob moves next door and you break out the binoculars well.....not that there's anything wrong with that

OK, I concede.
Based on the first six games, it's clear I've got no shot at this.

I'm a person who has no problem with how someone chooses to live his life but, in this case, there IS something wrong with that.

I understand that the Pirates have lowered their ticket prices to match the Altoona Curve and the Greensboro Grasshoppers. Reason being the quality of baseball is the same.

I heard yesterday that the club can't sell the 7500 seats they're allowed to put on sale for the second and third games of the Cubs series this weekend. If that's true, they can't be surprised by that news. After an offseason of dealing away their best players, and the way the team was overmatched in the last five games, it's hard for fans to feel as though they'll get their money's worth. This is a deep hole the franchise is in and it's going to take a monumental effort to escape it, especially if fans see little in the way of a promising future.
