Nice game for Meadows today. He went 4 for 4, hit his 10th home run, and drove in three.

Meadows hit his 11th homer today, and drove in 3 runs. I know there were seasons in which he was hurt during his minor league days, but he never performed like he has so far this season. It is amazing how well he is playing this season.

Josh Harrison suffered an injury to his left hamstring, and will have an MRI. Harrison is hitting only .176 this season. Looks like the Bucs made the correct move by not exercising his option for this season.

It's a shame that he is hurt now and has been a mere shadow of himself at the plate. I always liked JHay for his energy and sparkplug like play.

Sean Burnett has announced his retirement. I always rooted for him, even after he left the Pirates.
