great game which I got to watch on Peacock (although it took me a long time to figure out how to find it). Thought the broadcast was well done. Great to sweep the Cards.

Just back from the game, just as I predicted, a slug fest!

How refreshing it is that when the Bucs play St. Louis now, you can look forward to perhaps winning a series as opposed to hoping that they can win one or at least not get embarrassed 3 or 4 games in a row.



Realize the Cardinals have struggled this year, but they, and the Brewers, always seem to beat the Pirates up like street bullies and take our lunch money. Maybe the pendulum is turning in the Bucs favor! At any rate, I'm enjoying reading what you guys write.

Good sentiments, Javy. While I've admired, and even been envious, of the way St. Louis has operated its organization, those two teams have caused such grief over the past years. It's always a bit nicer the next day after every win, but it feels even better after beating the Cardinals and Brewers.
