The bullpen formerly known as "MLB's Third Best Bullpen" gives up another 2 runs.

Glad to Bednar, other than the walk, have a good inning with a small number of pitches. We do need the guy if he’s his normal self.

I was keeping an eye on how he did while I was typing a new thread. I agree, good to see him have a nothing kind of inning, in a good nothing way.

That's all she wrote.

Absolutely no fight in the team today. Way too many guys just swinging at anything, or at least it gave that appearance.

I'm still going to question why on earth Taylor is still on this team. I know he was placed on waivers, and no takers.

Just cut the guy FCOL, he's absolutely contributing nothing to this team. I don't care they haven't got a thing to play for. But it sure seems to me when he starts, there seems to be a noticeable indifference with the team's play that day. It's almost as if, "why is this guy still here playing, and you sent Suwinski down?" No doubt many of these guys have a relationship with Jack, and it's palpable.

And now we have McKenry and Brault slobbing Cobb.

Okay, don't blame the offense. Why aren't you opening up with how Keller sucked?

Bucs are now 10 games under .500 at 63-73.
There are 26 games left which means they would have to
go .500 to equal last years win total.

Ten more strikeouts today. It’s September 1, we’re 107 games out of first place. The worst part: we have about 8-10 position players who shouldn’t be on the team but have to be because there’s no one in Indy or Altoona who’s good enough to replace them. This organization is built to lose for a long time if some big changes aren’t made post haste.

Sorry, I know Cobb was pitchign well, but he has two pitches, and the Pirates didn't adjust their approach at all against him.

you would think after 4 full years on the job that the Bucs would have at least one player ready to contribute. To tell the truth, until he proves me wrong I don't expect Endy to do anything with the bat next year.

Exactly- leave Cruz in CF everyday. Cutch didn't need a day off. Playing Taylor is asinine like you said. If I am wrong about Cutch,
Let McKinney DH.
