I predicted they'd get 2. Bucs fail me again.

Joe starts the 9th with his third hit. Yeah, he needs more days off.

Joe left stranded at first. To the bottom of the 9th we go, Bucs holding onto that 9-3 lead.

Stratton stays on to pitch the 9th.

Mastrobuoni strikes out. He’s hitting .150 so far. He’d fit right in playing for us.

Madrigal pops out. Two down.

Crow-Armstrong could play for us, too, as he looks at strike three right down the middle. Bucs win, 9-3. Congrats to Paul Skenes on his first major league win. I wonder how many he’ll end up with when his career is done?

Raise It. Skenes obviously is the real deal. I can't even remember who
the outfielder was who was the 2nd player chosen in last years draft. Certainly
looks like Cherringron got this on right.

Probably next Thursday, which is a day game. That series and particular game is tradionally a school outing thing, so it will be a bigger crowd than normal for a Thursday day game.
