Pearce would be a good fit, but doubt our cheap skate front office would release the purse strings for such a signing. But a good thought never the less 8-)

Per MLBTR, our very own Rod Barajasloth is on a list of possible candidates for the Rangers manager. This is according to the Dallas Morning News. Barajasloth is the current manager of the Padres AAA team.

David Littlefield interviewed for Mets GM position. I don't particularly like the Mets but want to recommend that they run away from DL. Next paragraph is from MLB Trade Rumors:



The Mets have interviewed Dave Littlefield for their front office opening, according to Marc Carig of The Athletic (via Twitter). Currently the VP of player development with the Tigers, Littlefield once served as the GM of the Pirates. Of course, his seven-year run at the helm of the Pittsburgh roster was not terribly successful

But with the Mets he will have a ton more money to spend on lousy ball players and hair gel! 8-)
