He blew a .08 which is the minimum for a dwi in New York. More troubling is the fact that it's his third and he also left the scene of an accident. Throw in the rape allegation which has been dropped, and you can conclude that drinking is a problem for him. I guess that being in the U.S. when you can't speak English isn't easy. He is a good player but needs some counseling and get his drinking under control.
