This has become ridiculous. It keeps getting worse, watching him continue to fail, being completely surprised when he gets a hit. That's true. And maybe that's why the Pirates haven't released him and replaced him with someone just as bad. It would be a black mark, and an embarrassment, on the organization that there's no one who can do better.
