On a Steeler message board they have little icons you can click on. You can agree with something, you can like something and their is an icon for finding something hilarious. Pretty sure your post would get no agree's and a ton of hilarious. As for me it would get a big like. [smiley=beer.gif]Great read the day before opening day because deep down all Pirate fans are hoping against hope for a miracle season.

This was very entertaining but I'm confused about Polanco being a positive if he "returns to form".  If he returns to form, he'll bat .206, strikeout more times than he'll put the ball in play, butcher several plays in RF, and be on the injured list by May 1.

70 - 92 675 runs

Last year was a year of experimentation. This year they are settled in positions and much better defensively across the board. The pitching will be the issue. It takes more time for pitchers to develop than for position players. I have hopes they have people in the bullpen who can get someone out. I am, alas, a hopeless optimist.

74-88

640 runs

We have a couple 6-8 game win streaks and avoid the long losing streaks.

Teams early on will overlook us and we get off to a solid 500 record for first 2 months of season.

We play great division ball .

I wouldn't be surprised if it happens, but I just can't bring myself to go over 100 losses.
