Hayes has become one of the worst players in baseball. If his back is the problem, get him off the field for as long as it takes to get him healthy. If it isn’t his back, remove him as a starter. He’s killing the team.

Would any of us be surprised to know he wasn’t hustling? If that’s what happened, and he was removed because of it, it’s about time Shelton took that action. I hope he’s benched for the next two or three games if that’s what it was.
