Jones picks up two more strikeouts in the 6th. He’s at 91 pitches. Does Shelton bring him back for the 7th? 5-3 Bucs.

Does anyone else get as bored with all these stat cast nuggets they throw out constantly? It isn't just the Pirates, it's everyone.

I'm told all these things like exit velocity and bat speed are important, but batting average isn't. I wonder if they averaged the speed/velocity thing for the "zeros" when they swing and miss or take strike three right down the middle of the plate, what they'd look like?

Williams leads off the 7th with a single. He drives me crazy.

I didn’t think he’d pitch the 6th so I don’t know what Shelton might do.

When your number nine hitter leads off with a hit, you almost feel it's like a double. Got to bring that gift around

Jesus, Williams of all people, gets a hit and then dies at first as the top of the order strikes out, flies out, and strikes out. Maybe Williams should stay and the others be released. Bucs lead 5-3 midway through seven.
