Mlodzinski is quietly having an outstanding rookie season. He was the Pirates' 2nd pick in the 1st round (31st overall) in 2020 when they took Gonzales at #7 overall. His ERA is 2.03 and he's given up only 23 hits in 31 innings. Curiously, of the 12 runs he's given up, 5 were unearned. He hasn't exactly had the greatest defense behind him.

curious how many of those unearned runs were the ghost runner scoring in the 10th? Those are unearned as well.

None. I checked the game logs. Just a victim of errors.
