Clint Frazier came over from Cleveland for Andrew Miller

Impressive "rebuild" but they had premium bullpen arms to deal in Miller and Chapman.

Got four of their ten prospects in those two trades.

So, you're saying the Yankees traded overvalued bullpen arms to add high quality prospects to their farm? Interesting.

Not only that, Chapman was a rental that the Yankees knew would re-sign with them after the season.

Neither Miller or Chapman are overvalued - both were big piece in the World Series last year. If both were on the Bucs this year, we'd be in first place.

Closest 2 relievers the Bucs ever had to those 2 were Face and Tekulve.

Don't forget Giusti and Gossage. :)

No one denies their ability. It's their role that is the problem. I don't believe that relievers are worth what a Miller or Chapman would demand in a trade, or on the free-agent marker. Hence, overvalued.

IMO, you don't value a reliever that much, not even a crazy-good amazing lights-out closer. Starters, now, that's different.

Cutch was just named player of the month for June. It is his 5th time winning the award.

We must get a haul from trading Cutch. We need to find a Giles /Bay type.

You mean someone we can pawn off in five years for the 2022 versions of Brandon Moss, Bryan Morris and Andy LaRoche?
