I know it’s only been 15 at bats for Alford but I have pretty much seen enough of him. He shouldn’t be on the roster. He is totally useless at this point.

It's looking like Polanco's hitting streak is going to end tonight. Oh well, it was great drama while it lasted.

One of the few bad calls the HP ump made tonight. Probably shows how umps are influenced. A guy who always strikes out takes a close pitch so it must be a strike. He's called just about very other close pitch correctly.

Some other day maybe. He's on borrowed time. Hayes better watch for trip hazards around the clubhouse. Once Ke'Bryan is back Alford might see action as a PR only.

I think when Hayes returns, Reynolds move to CF, Evans takes over LF and Alford is waived since he isn't even as good as Difo.
