Another bad call from the ump Should have been Howard's 4th walk. But Howard doesn't want the help so he walks the batter anyway to force in another run. Now has 22 walks in 29.2 innings. Howard became a Pirate in 2019 when the Rockies waived him because he couldn't throw strikes. But the Pirates build a pitching staff around dumpster dives (including Kyle Keller) and hope for better results. Hope is not a strategy.

I didn't know Underwood went on the IL. Was it neck strain from watching the ball land for hits all over the field?

BC needs to trade for that Keller in Kansas City. He's pretty terrible too.

Can you see it happening? Three Kellers in a row? Would they make 7 innings?

Which means for the uninitiated, not only did I enrich Bob for being a STH, I get to further enrich him to be recognized for enriching him.

Second deck HR for Villar.....he hasn't hit them that far since batting practice before the game. Then again, Davis looking very batting practice like.

Well, we get to see a guy hit his first HR, and another guy hit a HR from both sides of the plate. I always love seeing a switch hitter do that. I'd prefer it be a Pirate.....
