I missed the game entirely but am pleased to see the result. Ony 1 hit after the first inning but good enough pitching to make it work. An incredible 10 consecutive quality starts.

How many quality starts did the Bucs have last year?  It couldn't have been too many since the Bucs didnt' have very many 6 inning outings.  This pitching streak has been impressive.

Good call.  The starters are showing their capabilities, especially the young guys, Keller, Oviedo, and Contreras.  That really excites me for the future, not just for this season.  It’s been years since we can feel good about the guy taking the mound almost each night.

Sometimes patience pays off. I was ready to give up on Keller by All Star game last year and the pitching coach too.

You had a lot of company. I'm hard pressed to remember anyone who felt Keller had a future. He's a completely different pitcher than he was at this time last year where there was very little that he had shown to indicate he could even be a mediocre pitcher.

I'm guessing for fans of the big money teams a start like this is just another day in the park but for a club like ours this is the most fun you can have with cloths on.  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

BEAT EM BUCS!!!!!

Because he had talent, I just can't put him in the same company of dislike as Hamilton.
