Bucs need to get some runs…



Oviedo can be really frustrating. He has the stuff to be a legit #1 starter. But it seems to me he has a hard time finishing guys. Could definitely see him becoming like Keller next year. Of course, he could go the way of Kip Wells, too.



Wells had the stuff to be really special, but he nibbled too much and didn’t trust it. Not saying that’s what Oviedo is doing, but he just seem to not quite have “it,” if you know what I mean.
