I have to work. I hope the game is rained out, and the one after that, and they send him back to Indy, and then bring him back for Memorial Day weekend, because it's all about me, all them yinzers don't deserve to see him debut, I do.

FML
Carol had to tell me what FML means!  She also enjoyed your post and said she agrees with you
I am waiting for Possum to chime in.

Any idea who is removed from the 40-man roster to make room for Skenes? What about somebody going on the 60-day IL?

Not that I have any information, but Delay went on the IL dated April 1. He still has to go on a rehab assignment. In 22 days, he'll have been on the IL 60 days as it is. So that would buy them time to figure out a more permanent solution, like DFA Tellez.

I wish the Bucs would announce who they take off the 40-man roster for Skenes. I suggest Ryder Ryan.
For the Gonzales call up I suggest suggest dumping Alika Williams.

Excellent choices for both roster moves. I can’t understand why Williams has been on the roster this long. He should have been gone last offseason. Good fielder, but cannot hit.

Sadly, barring an incredible walk up crowd, the game won't be close to a sellout.

I'm no business man, but jacking the prices up, including doubling the price of 300 level seats was not smart.

The original face value for the end 4-5 sections in the upper deck were 30 dollars last week, Thursday they increased to 60.

Which means STH and people who bought tickets earlier, are reselling them below the 60 range, and still getting a profit. There were tickets listed for 47 dollars on the secondary market in the sections listed on the Pirates site charging 60 dollars.

Add Travis Williams to the boneheads of management. This would be his call.

This organization earns every criticism that comes its way. Again, the one constant over the past 25 years or so has been the owner.
