I heard one person say that, if the Pirates brought Skenes to the major leagues in September, that it would require a player to be taken off the 40 man roster, thus likely losing him to another team. Might I suggest going ahead and doing that with Bido being that guy removed?

its like they decide before the game starts that Bido is going to pitch 4 or 4 innings no matter what.

I know winning isn't a priority but there have been so many games this year where the team hasn't been competitive.
