He is now on the Dl, but I don't think they have received an official report from the doctor visit today. We could still hear that a surgery is required.

I heard tricep strain. No surgery is needed. The tricep isn't really flexed when pitching. Missing two starts is some rest.

Until someone reports on the second opinion, I will not rule out that Cole may miss the remainder of this season, and possibly part of 2017 as well.

It is out. That is why he went on the DL.

The two hosts on The Fan just commented a short time ago that Hurdle nor the Bucs have commented about the second opinion. I am guessing either later today or tomorrow some report will be given to the media.
