It is, they mentioned something about high school leadership day or something like that. It's student governments and straight A kids and the like.

As a matter of fact, it was education day today. Frazier with a 2-RBI single. 10-4 Pirates.

I keep trying to think of reasons Frazier can't be an every day player and, other than small sample size, I'm running out.

There is none. He should be the every day Left Fielder.

Good game for Hudson to pitch. If he gives up three runs, you pull him.

Hudson has been such a waste of 5.5 million a year so far. If they are going to pay him that much he better get his you know what together and start pitching like an 8th inning guy. He serves no purpose on this team right now if Hurdle is gonna use him in the 5th or 6th inning or for mop-up duty.

Pirates get hot, Pens go cold.



I'd prefer it the other way around for a couple more weeks.

Mop up guys are needed too. Just sucks he is having his worst year after doing so well.



He had a clean inning against some good hitters. Good to see.
