It must be part of the Pirates DNA for the pitchers to continually get 0-2 counts only to get back to 3-2 counts. Even getting the out, the lost innings that add up because of it must be staggering.

One thing about being a first round draft choice for ANY team, if you keep plugging along, teams keep giving you a shot.

I guess that's why in the history of the draft only a few number ones never played in the majors
