Look you knew the season was goona be bad. So just treat it like going to a bad restaurant. You know most everything will not taste good. However there will be a couple pieces of pie that are interesting. And you heard theres a new cook.



So just focus on the pie and hope the new chef improves the menu next couple years.



Or you could just go to a different restaurant.

Yeah, but this restaurant has been promising to improve for 20 years and they fired a bad cook and hired an even worse cook.

i knew that you...or, someone(s)...would come back with that.  You're right- I did.  I think that just about any fan knowledgeable about the franchise did.



The record's the record- obviously.  Sure, I'm a little disappointed in that piece.  But, that's not what I'm truly disappointed in.



I'll refer to a remark from Bobster in another thread; one that I completely agree with.  We all knew that the team's talent was lacking.  I didn't agree with how we prepped for the season, but I've accepted that.  It's BOB's way.



To Bobster's point, it's as if we're not even trying- as indicated by the factors that he listed to make his point.



He concluded with- and, I'll conclude here with- that is inexcusable. (My opinion, anyway.)



You and I are referring to different disappointments.
