Back to back HR Derby Champ. He now has won 2 million from the HR Derby (which he is donating). His salary is 600,000.

Wow! Pete Alonso has just become one of the few guys I'm going to root hard for every night. He's now one of my favorite players.

Wow! Pete Alonso has just become one of the few guys I'm going to root hard for every night. He's now one of my favorite players.
Okay, IDK what he's doing with last nights money. Last year, he donated 100,000 (that is known for certain, maybe he did more) pledging 5% each to Wounded Warriors, and Tunnels to Towers, which supports first responders. Each was worth a $50,000 donation.
Sorry I misled anyone. Either way, it's still a nice chunk of change, because Uncle Sam has a good chunk earmarked too.

Even if he didn't donate it all, it's still a great gesture on his part to share his good fortune with others in need.
And I've never bobbed and bopped in my life. My body won't do that without spraining something.
