I was talking about Jason Bay. Being our only ROTY I thought he'd have been along the line of Bonds or Cutch.

Cutch is only 2 hits from 1,500 as a Pirate. He is closing in on many individual records this season.

No way was Bay any Bonds. The Cutch comparison is closer, I think. Bay didn't have the same test of time as McCutchen, though. I don't think that he was with the Pirates as long.

Now five homers away from 300, and 11 hits away from 2,000. Also two doubles, and one triple away from 400 and 50 respectively.
