Hayes sure does strike out a lot, except when there's a runner on first. I don't really care what the return is, BC just needs to deal him away in the offseason.
This time he SO with 1st and 3rd.
That was Cruz. Hayes hasn't struck out yet today.
My bad!

Shelton pulls Falter with 2 outs, no one on in 6th, just struck out the last batter, 92 pitches and a .166 hitter coming up next.

Well it worked but still odd to take him out.

I know they've had some technical difficulties today so I guess that's the reason they aren't taking commercial breaks between innings.

4-2 De La Cruz knocks it in.

A Bart double (heβs been really good) and a De La Cruz single put the Bucs up 4-2. DLC may be slowly coming around.

Falter is ok in my book and look forward to seeing him get even better the next few seasons.
Bubba C on the way and others. All kinds of if ands or buts. BC arms

Pitch change for them.
I'm sure you all know of Bing Crosby's association with the Bucs. HBO had Singing in the Rain on recently and reminded me of this story. 1925 World Series inspired a 13 year old boy to dream of being a Pittsburgh Pirate shortstop. He was dancing in the streets of East Liberty. Gene Kelly. May be turning in grave over current state of Bucs.
