Bucs waste McCutchen’s double and Davis’ walk. Onto the home half of the 7th, Bucs hold onto their 3-1 lead.

Welp, Roansy was filling up the strike zone in the 7th, getting a strikeout and then putting the second hitter in the hole quickly. Then he gave up a single and home run and we’re now tied at three.

Roansy actually pitched well. He threw lots of strikes, he just made one mistake. But according to Game Day, the pitch hit for a HR was on the inside corner just above the knees. Not a bad location, Adams got his bat to it and was rewarded.

Taylor reaches on a bunt single to start the 8th and, praise Jesus, someone had the good sense to have Williams sacrifice him to second.
