Who is the #4 prospect for 2017
P2 has a nice article this morning on the pitchers coming back from TJ surgery. They look at Kingham as a rotation possibility and several of the others more as relievers, at least until enough time has go by for their recovery to be stabilized. I gather (not from the article) that the first year back can be unpredictable, so far as performance - one time good, the next not so good.

Out of the group of Kuhl, Brault, Williams and Kingham, I would put Kingham up there with Kuhl as most likely to hold down a rotation spot long term.

Here's BP's list. The Fangraphs' list is supposed to come out today. Not sure when Keith Law will be making his list, his will probably veer the most from the Meadows,Glasnow, Bell, Keller, Newman order.
