Bad defense, terrible clutch hitting, inability to move runners, nibbling pitching, inability to give up runs after getting two guys out, and just straight up bad luck are the hallmark of this team.

I watch the first five innings with redsox and braves fans and told them what was going to happen (bases loaded two out,look for a weak ground ball, 2 and 3 no out, we won't score, 2 quick out by Williams followed by a double, we'll give up a run.)

This why I sell:  this team is unable to get out of its own way and win nine of ten.  They just can't.


Agreed. It's also why I actually don't think they are THAT far away, and can compete next year. I'm about as fed up with the Bucs as I've ever been. But i still see a strong core that will be even stronger when Marte and hopefully Kang return.
