I agree, but they traded Goldsmith and replaced him with a younger player, which means you don't have to spend ridiculous money to win. This is a team that looks much like the Pirates talent wise but are well well coached. They took advantage in some very close games by playing good fundamental baseball, while CH was fiddling and excusing poor execution. Hurdle always insist on putting hitters batting well below .200 batting 3rd or 5th. The guy can mess up anything so tired of watching this clown destroy this team. They totally outplayed the Pirates in all areas, which should cause some serious reflection on this team.
