Pitching Feliz in a 'high leverage' situation is when we lost the game quite frankly. Rodriguez was not available today or something? I still don't trust Feliz...he is Neversawthebus part 2.
Lester will be tough tomorrow. Hoping the boys can get one tomorrow and see what happens Sunday.

Well that would be me. I may be all alone. But why would I trade Marte (and with great joy)?

I would rather trade Polanco and keep Dickerson. If Marte can bring a nice haul I wouldn't be opposed. I still think he underachieves regularly but he is still a pretty darn good player. He possesses physical tools other players just don't have.
Marte just isn't scrappy enough. Sure the 20 homeruns is nice. Yes, the 30 or so steals, I guess, is OK. The 3.5 WAR per season, I guess we can live with.
But does he REALLY try? Does he hustle? Is he giving it his all every play? does his attitude hurt the team?
Marte's OK. certainly not bad. He's no Rob Mackowiak though. I'd definitely shop him.

I don't think Crick can be trusted in high leverage situations. Of course, no one else can be either except Vazquez but Crick is no more reliable than anyone else in the BP. In his first 15 games he walked 7 in 16.1 IP (3.9 walks per 9 innings). In his next 18 games he has walked 20 in 17.2 IP (10.2 walks per 9 IP). They lost last night when 1 of the 2 Cubs he walked in the 8th inning scored. You can't have an 8th inning specialist who routinely makes the gift of free base runners to the other team at that crucial time.
