Yep, Bob's favorite kind, split DH. 2 gates, and with 7 innings, the employees get paid less.

The good news is that we don’t have to suffer through four Polanco at bats.
yeah, but being a DH, he'll probably start both games, and you'll see him 6 times!! :) :) :)

Since there is no game, is Nutting making the fans give their shirts back on the way out?

Shelton wouldn’t dare start him in both games.

Seeing as the games are 22 percent short than a normal game, Bob is paying for 22 percent less fireworks after the second game

Neal Walker in the booth tonight

Maybe instead BC should sign him to a contract and put him in RF.

or in the starting rotation.

Or, in the manager's office, better yet- GENERAL manager's office, or pretty much anywhere he wants to go. And, it's not as if I'm all that big on Walker.

In today's Post-Gazette, Cherington said Polanco is playing regularly because he's healthy and the club wants to give him an extended period of playing time to see what he can do.

This is out of step with his other decisions, which supports the case some have made that Nutting has commanded Polanco play in order to earn for his pay. Looks like we might be forced to watch this train wreck for the rest of the way.

That also supports the case that Nutting doesn't care about winning
