I played futures on a number of teams. The only AL team to make the playoffs for me was Chicago. I have futures on the Braves, Brewers, and Giants.
So I"m really pulling for the Giants because it guarantees I have a horse in the race. The Giants also will give me the biggest payout, they were 80-1 when I played them.
I put money on:
Pirates 150-1
Mets 11-1
White Sox 9.5-1
Braves 9.5-1
Brewers 40-1
Mariners 80-1
Giants 80-1
Blue Jays 35-1
Phillies 37-1
10 dollars each. Obviously, I want the Giants.

Sorry about that. I hold no grudges against the Braves anymore. Losing to them back in the '90s was too long ago. All of those players have been gone going on two generations. And if you're referring to the bets you made, one reason I don't like to bet is because I don't want money deciding who I want to win. I root for teams because I like one more then the other.
