Us Pirates fans having gone through 20 years of losing, and then that awful post-All Star Game streak a few years ago, I feel badly for Orioles fans.
currently watching Braves- Nationals. Josh Bell is batting 204, 7 HR and 22RBI's I must say that Bell looks like he has slimmed down. On the other hand, Josh Harrison, the starting 2B for the Nats is batting 285

I thought Bell would be improved this season because he would have better hitters around him than he had in Pittsburgh.  The season is still young enough that he could end up with good numbers.

As for Harrison, that's a surprise that he's doing as well as he is.  I thought he had very little left in the tank.  But again, the season's young and I'd think he'll fade as it rolls along.

my kid went to this game as he is a Nats fan so I watched almost all of it. Hoping the Pirates can know off Nats when we play them later this month. Was funny to see Harrison, Bell and Mercer all play today.

Unfortunately, Possum's Cubs seem to be on a roll

Hope the Nats aren't trying to catch a little 2013-15 Bucs magic because that ship has sailed for those guys.

I was reading an article on MLB.com about the Indians starting the process of choosing a new name.  They've identified 1200 possibilities to consider.  1200?!?!?!  :o

No, they've narrowed it down to a select few. That's what they had starting out.

But they haven't said what the select few are.

Well, they said there were 1200 possibilities, but in reality there were only 6. It's Cleveland. There were 1994 misspellings.
