Technically, if a guy comes in and gives up a run without recording an out, his ERA is undefined, since you can't divide by 0. But, for all intents and purposes, his ERA is infinity.

The Nats' Jeremy Guthrie just gave up ten earned in 2/3s so he also has a 135.00 ERA.
ETA It was his birthday. The Nats designated him and at 38 years old that might be the last time he pitches in the majors.

Willy Garcia - OF - White Sox
White Sox recalled outfielder Willy Garcia from Triple-A Charlotte.
Garcia, who was claimed off waivers from the Pirates in January, was off to a .423/.559/.692 start in seven games for Charlotte. He typically has major plate discipline issues to go along with middling power and mediocre batting averages. It's possible that's all changed after seven games in Charlotte, but we doubt it. The plan is for him to head back to Triple-A once Melky Cabrera returns, but as wide open as things are in Chicago right now, a couple of good games could change that.
White Sox recalled outfielder Willy Garcia from Triple-A Charlotte.

If it is a major injury it is probably best that the Bucs did not sign him after the 2015 season. It is so risky when a team signs pitchers to large contracts with multiple years.
