Are you sure you want to go there? By your calculations, 10 of the 28 teams listed above (that's more than a third of all major league clubs) haven't signed a player you rate above a 2.5. That's improvement?

Are you sure you want to go there? By your calculations, 10 of the 28 teams listed above (that's more than a third of all major league clubs) haven't signed a player you rate above a 2.5. That's improvement?

The last thing the Pirates need to do is add mediocre players, as you've rated them. They need good players. Isn't that what you've been moaning about all offseason? Are you sure you're a Pirates fan?
