Why do the Pirates never throw down to second on a steal with a guy on third?
Block says it's not prevalent in baseball as a whole

Contreras zeroes through 4 innings, but pitch count up there at 72. Can't get his slider over. Fastball is electric.
I wonder if he goes out for the 5th
