Let me get this straight:  Madris was sent to Indy where they had him playing 1B.  So tonight, they play him in the OF and have VanMeter playing 1B.  Seriously?  Are they afraid Madris might screw-up a play and cost the Bucs a chance to win the pennant?

I wouldn't have bet a dollar Thompson would go five innings after the first two.

Schwarber hits #32, 7-0 Phils.

They were just talking about his 3 run HR in the 2015 WC game....right on cue.

Thompson went one batter too far. Maybe three batters too far. got the first two, then a solid single, a bloop single, then the HR.

He's regressed. 7 runs in back to back starts

As Dandy Don used to say, "turn out the lights, the party's over."

Actually it was over in the first inning

Just got home and put the game on. I'm excited that the Pirates already have 2 hits and it's only the 7th inning. Not to mention holding the Phillies under 9 runs. :D

In the last couple games, KY sounded awake when he announced. But tonight he sounds like he's sleep walking again.
