New Rules for 23

I'm against the shift rules and the number of pick off attempts. No big deal the bag is a little bigger, I hardly think anyone but the players will notice.
I'm ambivalent about the pitch clock. IMHO, this will be something that individual umpires will end up going into ump show stuff, where others will be more lenient. I think it's not a bad idea overall, but I would have it implemented in the minors at all levels for at least 5 seasons before implementing it into the majors, to allow a good number of players to be acclimatized to it.
I still don't believe they'll limit commercial time if money is thrown at them, and that the time saved with the time clock will be used in that manner.
I wish they'd get rid of the ghost runner too, but I think that's a permanent fixture from here on out. Too many players like it.
