Bucs up 1-0 through three. I hope Jones is going to pitch like that’s all the support he’s going to get because . . .

Jones has been terrific at getting himself out of trouble tonight but he’s now at 87 pitches. I expect we’ll see him come back out for the 6th but then it’ll be up to, gulp, the bullpen.

Great 6th inning by Jones. If he’s done, he’s pitched great tonight.

With Peguero here now, it would be a good idea to send Cruz down to Indy to see if he can get it back together. Right now, he’s one of the worst hitters in the league and he doesn’t look like he’s going to come out of it anytime soon.

Holderman gives up a leadoff double in the 7th. You can always count on this bullpen.

Whew! Holderman gives up a lead-off double to Lux and strands him at second. I’m guessing Chapman’s going to pitch the 8th.

Two bits of good news: Glasnow has been relieved and Tellez is being pinch hit for (by Oliveras).

Oliveras does his imitation of Tellez and strikes out.
