From the article, where do you get 3 weeks? She had the rap kit done two days later and then went to the police in 10 days.

My opinion: Based on what is known from that Chicago Tribune article, Kang did nothing wrong at all. He's a 27 year old pro-ball player on the road during a day game. He was engaged by a woman on a dating app that only lets women engage. She came to his hotel room at 10pm.
Kang wasn't out clubbing or bar hopping. He wasn't making public scenes etc. He's a 27 year old single man.
She is alleging that wrongdoing took place once the hotel door closed. Prior to that door closing, based on the story, Kang wasn't even misbehaving. Wasn't putting himself in any sort of bad situation, was meeting with a date/escort..
Is there a chastity vow written into the contracts? I could certainly understand if he were out partying and making a fool of himself. Or cornering a girl in a bar and assaulting her in a bathroom. Or carrying a handgun and waiving it around like a fool. Or getting himself shot. Or punching a woman in the face in an elevator.

No way, I would fight her if I was accused and innocent. He has enough money to put her away for doing that to him.
I am not saying innocent or guilty, but she better be tellign the truth for her to say anything. I think that is worse than the actual act at times. When they want paid, I would never pay them if innocent.
