I don't have that much of a problem with Williams. He would be a good 4 or 5. I don't think Kuhl is a starting pitcher for a good team. Sorry. He, like SB are dime a dozen arms.

He is not good enough to start in the majors.

I believe he means that Kuhl is not capable of consistently taking the ball and being effective by going into the 6th and 7th innings with a lead or at least keeping the Bucs close to victory.

Is it just a gut feeling? It looks like a blanket statement with no reasoning.

I'd say the odds are with SC. Most starting pitchers don't pan out and there are a lot that have one or two good seasons and then become mediocre.
