No. But good guess. He was in the 1st draft but not the 2nd. The expansion Senators drafted him from Boston and traded him to the Bucs in June 1961 for Tom Cheney.

What NL Batting record does ex-Bucco Tim Foli have in common with Pete Rose and 4 others?  Hint: They all did it in the same season.

Here's one that even the 60 Bucs Expert might not even know.

What member of the 60 Pirates also had a brother who played in MLB?

I think you mean someone who played only very briefly for the 1960 Bucs. ;)

Foli, Rose and 4 others led the NL in HBP in 1980 but it wasn't an NL record. So I guess that's not the answer.

I'll guess it was the fewest HBPs to be a league-leading number.

Possum, are  you talking about the two Smiths, both Hal Smith.

They were both catchers. Not related though.

Hal Smith from Baring, Ark catcher in 1965

Hal Smith from West Franfort, IL catcher/3B with Bucs from 1960-61 before going to the Houston Colt 45's and then the Cinny Redlegs 8-)

I'm stumped after that! Dying to know the answer :D
