I like Reyes a lot. I know he's not hitting like he did when he came up last September but he was playing almost everyday then. Now he plays sporadically and that's very difficult for a young player who lacks MLB experience. He came up as a SS but didn't have the glove to play there everyday and was moved all over the field. He does a good job in the OF and can fill in as needed in the INF. And he hit well in the minors and last September as a Buc when he gets a chance to play more regularly.

Pirates return the gift run. Cervelli simply fails to catch a pitch and a run scores on his 3rd PB of the young season. The other runner goes to 2b and scores on the next hit. What a consistently horrendous defense. :'(

Very poor AB by Cervelli with an RBI opportunity. Bell SO on a nasty breaking ball and the Pirates waste a great scoring opportunity.

Cervelli seems to have slipped under the radar this season but he's batting 3rd and now hitting .184 and has 3 PBs in 15 games.

No excuse for resting Vazquez. I would rather see Burdi than Kela. Kela has been horrible. Cervelli let’s another one get by him.Tigers will probably pull this one out

You have an off day Thursday this week as well so makes no sense for Clint to not pitch Vazquez here in the 9th and go to Kela instead who has been god awful. These are the kind of things with Hurdle that just drive people nuts.
