Starling Marte's Wife Passes Away

I believe they were here in the states. She was waiting for surgery on her broken ankle. She had a heart attack. Having experienced a pulmonary embolism when I had my heart by-pass in 2008 I doubt it would have caused the heart attack that quickly. I would assume she was on some kind of heart monitor prior to surgery and they would have noticed a problem with her breathing and could have diagnosed the emoblism quickly. I am not a Dr so you can take my opinion with a grain of salt but I sure am sad for Starling and his young son.

Just a real shame. Marte losing a wife and the children losing a mother. Not right!
