Reminds me of a cartoon I saw as a kid in the think the mid-late 50's. KC was pretty much a farm team of the Yankees back then. The cartoon showed the KC manager pulling this ragged looking , beat up old soul in a yankee uniform out of a garbage can and saying "oh boy a second baseman !!"
