Newman would've been a candidate for GOG if they lost. He muffed a bouncer right to him with 2 outs in the 5th when it was 0-0. They somehow ruled it a single and a run scored and the next better hit a HR. Then he came up in the 9th with bases loaded and tapped back to the pitcher. He must be livin' right. (But he didn't get my vote.)
