Gotta be Newman. His abysmal plays at 2B let 3 runs score.
But special mention to Lloyd McShelton who has his SS at 2B and his 2Bman in LF so that his utility infielder can play SS.
Gonzalez has played well and is versatile but they haven't had a regular starter at 3B all season. Rather than solve that problem with Gonzalez they have musical chairs at 3B, SS, 2B and LF. Now Hayes is coming up so that gives McShelton another new toy to play with.

Gonzalez. Made 2 errors, one of which led to a run in the 2nd instead of what should have been an inning ending DP. That run was the difference between winning in 9 and losing in extras.
Gonzalez has sometimes looked very good defensively. They tried to give him the SS job in ST 2019 but Hurdle at that time said Gonzalez was "erratic" in the field. He seems like the type who can be great or awful and you never know which one you'll get. Last year Newman wasn't flashy at SS but he was steady. So of course he's now playing 2B, Tucker is in the OF and Gonzalez is the SS. Brilliant.
