Sure that makes many of us happy especially doc
I might be happier when the Brewers lose than when the Pirates win.

The Brewers used 6 pitchers for that game. There's never a Harvey Haddix when you need one. :)
There's no basement in the Alamo.

I hope we know how their fans felt when they won the World Series. We need a little freshening up of that feeling.

Braves clinch their 6th NL East division in a row. Where have we seen this before?

Clinched in Philadelphia to boot. Ouch.

Houston used five pitchers against the Athletics last night who went 8 1/3 before giving up a hit.

A's join the Royals and become the second team to lose 100 games
To date, no team has won 100 games. The Braves lead the Majors
with 96 wins and last night became the first team to clinch a
playoff spot

I see the Braves have clinched again. Sort of like the 90's where they had that great staff and won every year. I think all those titles got them uno World Series wins. I know they recently won one but I use to read the Braves board when they were winning the division for what seemed like 15-20 years. We'd kill for that and their fans cried about not winning more WS titles.

Didn't all the 100 wins team get knocked out of Playoffs last season. I know Phillies didn't win 100 but not sure about Stros.
