This is more humiliating than getting sand kicked in the face or our catcher being taken down. Almost as bad as Madden lecturing Pirate fans about good baseball plays.

These losses like this yet again tonight within the division when you are winning by 2 or 3 runs midway through the game are season killers. These last 10 days or so have just been brutal for this Pirates team.

From 26-17 eleven days ago to now 28-26 about 12 days later. Something tells me that if this team falls under .500 even one time this year they won’t reach it again this season

Watching those two in the Box - one looks like a future star, the other does not.
